I was in a very good relationship for 6 years, one day she turned around out of the blue and said she had met someone else at work. She took my brand new car, my dog, almost took my house which bankrupted me in order to keep it, I had spent £5k on a 5 star holiday to Cancun which was non refundable where I was going to propose, showed her the enement ring after she said she wanted to break up told her what I had planned on the holiday and all she did was give me tips on how to sell it. I went on the holiday and was miserable for two weeks, came back to only to deal with lawyers and morte companies , after that was done and things where looking up my company announced redundancies and my job was at risk, oh and then my brother died of cancer, that was all in one year. As rocky said 'Nothing hits harder than life but its not how hard you can hit back its how hard you can get hit and keep on going'

Happened to me few months ago, went through hell, thought for a long time I wouldn't be able to cope with it. Just do whatever you love, empty your head, find new occupations you wanted to do but didn't have the time back then, travel, see friends, throw parties if that's your thing. And then one morning you'll wake up and you won't have a single tear left to shed, you'll see something that will make you smile, you'll realize that you manage to spend hours without thinking about her/him, you'll start being able to think about other people, and most important, you realized you had good times with her/him, and that a lot more is yet to come Hang on, life's worth every single second !... well except when watching Twilight, there it's wasted
