Rửa sạch cà rốt và bào vỏ, sau đó cắt cà rốt thành sợi dài vừa ăn

Đập dập rồi phi thơm 2 tép tỏi, cho cà rốt vào xào chín rồi nêm nếm gia vị vừa ăn. Sau đó đập 1 quả trứng gà vào cà rốt, khuấy đều liên tục để trứng áo quanh từng sợi cà rốt. Khi trứng khô và chín hẳn thì tắt bếp.
