Mở trước lò nướng ở 200 độ C để làm nóng lò. Cá phi lê làm sạch, dùng khăn giấy thấm cho thật khô nước, xếp rác giấy bạc. Sau đó rắc thêm vào 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 2 muỗng cà phê gia vị cá nướng, thoa đều khắp miếng cá. Cuối cùng rải lên 50g bơ thái nhỏ và vài lát chanh mỏng.
Gói kín giấy bạc lại. Đặt lên khay nướng cho vào lò nướng đã được làm nóng, nướng trong khoảng 20 phút là được.
